Promotional Expenses means expenses incurred in respect of services referred to in subsection (1)(a) or goods and agricultural produce manufactured or produced in Trinidad and Tobago in—
Promotional Expenses means all expenses relating to the printing and distribution of any sales literature of any kind relating to the Funds and advertising and promotional costs of any kind.
Promotional Expenses means promotional payments or fees directly related to a Reddy Finished Product or Par Finished Product paid to REDDY's or PAR's customers, as the case may be.

More Definitions of Promotional Expenses

Promotional Expenses means any actual pre or post Value Added Product launch out of pocket promotional expenses (including the cost of the Value Added Product samples calculated at the Local Cost of Goods) by either party, which are set forth in any annual Marketing Plan, accounted for according to generally accepted accounting principles and approved by the Marketing Committee related to the marketing and Co-Promotion of the Value Added Product in the Co-Promotion country. Promotional Expenses shall include, among other things, actual costs for printing of promotional and training materials, services provided by third parties (e.g. advertising); symposia; the cost of any Phase IV post-marketing clinical studies, compassionate use program and/or indigent patient programs (including the cost of the Value Added Product samples calculated at the Local Cost of Goods).
Promotional Expenses include the cost of advertising undertaken by Media Partner with respect to Oregon Wheels; the cost of producing all promotional materials for promoting Oregon Wheels; legal fees incurred by Media Partner in connection with the negotiation of this Agreement; salaries, commissions and benefits paid or provided by Media Partner to its employees; transportation, lodging and meal expenses for employees of Media Partner; and any other expenses incurred by Media Partner with respect to the performance of its obligations hereunder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Promotional Expenses shall not include Launch Event Expenses. Promotional Expenses shall be borne solely by Media Partner.
Promotional Expenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.4(e).
Promotional Expenses include the cost of advertising undertaken by Media Partner with respect to Colorado Wheels; the cost of producing all promotional materials for promoting Colorado Wheels; legal fees incurred by Media Partner in connection with the negotiation of this Agreement; salaries, commissions and benefits paid or provided by Media Partner to its employees; transportation, lodging and meal expenses for employees of Media Partner; and any other expenses incurred by Media Partner with respect to the performance of its obligations hereunder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Promotional Expenses shall not include Launch Party Expenses.
Promotional Expenses means all costs and expenses of Allergan allocated to the Primary Product, less all of Allergan Direct Detailing Expenses.
