Periodic Update definition

Periodic Update means the modification of a Licensed Component, Licensed Product or Robust Inactive Product, including, when necessary, provision of or replacement of the Device Key Set, via means not unduly burdensome to the end user such as download of updated software from a website, so that the implementation as modified is a Licensed Product and, when the Device Key Set has been replaced, only the new Device Key Set can be used to decrypt portions of a Media Key Block in order to calculate a Media Key.
Periodic Update means the modification of a Licensed Product or Robust Inactive Product, including, when necessary, provision of or replacement of the Device Key Set, via means not unduly burdensome to the end user, such as download of updated software from a website, so that the implementation as modified is a Licensed Product and, when the Device Key Set has been replaced, only the new Device Key Set can be used to decrypt portions of a Media Key Block in order to calculate a Media Key. For the avoidance of doubt, and without limitation of any other provision of this Agreement (including without limitation the Compliance Rules), Activation shall be subject to the provisions of Section 7.7 of the Compliance Rules.   • In addition, not later than the Closing Date, the Mortgage Loan Seller shall provide to the Master Servicer the initial data with respect to each Mortgage Loan that is necessary for the preparation of the initial CREFC® Financial File and CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File required to be delivered by the Master Servicer under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • In addition, not later than the Closing Date, the Mortgage Loan Seller shall provide to the General Master Servicer the initial data with respect to each Mortgage Loan that is necessary for the preparation of the initial CREFC® Financial File and CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File required to be delivered by the General Master Servicer under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Not later than 2:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the second Business Day following each Determination Date (which is also the second Business Day preceding the related Distribution Date), each Master Servicer shall deliver to the Certificate Administrator the CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File, combining information with respect to the Mortgage Loans for which it acts as Master Servicer, reflecting information as of the close of business on such Determination Date.

  • The CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File delivered by the Master Servicers as described above shall be in an electronic format that is mutually acceptable to the applicable Master Servicer and the Certificate Administrator.

  • In addition, each Mortgage Loan Seller is required, pursuant to the related Loan Purchase Agreement, to provide to the Master Servicer the initial data with respect to its Mortgage Loans for (i) the CREFC® Financial File and the CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File that are required to be prepared by the Master Servicer pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) the Supplemental Servicer Schedule.

  • The Master Servicer may conclusively rely on any information provided by the respective Mortgage Loan Sellers or any Mortgagor with respect to the CMSA Loan Periodic Update File, CMSA Loan Setup File, CMSA Property File and CMSA Financial File.

  • With respect to each Mortgage Loan (if any) that is identified on Schedule VIII hereto, the initial values of fields 54—”Preceding Fiscal Year NOI”, 68—”Most Recent NOI”, 72—”Most Recent Financial As of Start Date” and 73—”Most Recent Financial As of End Date”) of the CREFC Loan Periodic Update File shall be the initial values set forth opposite such Mortgage Loan on such Schedule VIII.

  • The Master Servicer may, but is not required to, make available each month via its Internet Website (i) to any interested party, the Unrestricted Servicer Reports, the CMSA Loan Setup File and the CMSA Loan Periodic Update File, and (ii) to any Privileged Person, with the use of a password provided by the Master Servicer, the Restricted Servicer Reports, the CMSA Financial File and the CMSA Property File.

  • Periodic Updation means steps taken to ensure that documents, data or information collected under the CDD process is kept up-to-date and relevant by undertaking reviews of existing records at periodicity prescribed by the Reserve Bank.

  • CMSA Loan Periodic Update File means the monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Periodic Update File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File The data file in the “CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Periodic Report means the Company’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q or annual report on Form 10-K, as applicable.

  • Periodic Review means a review conducted by Ofwat for the purpose of determining one or more Price Controls in accordance with Part III of Condition B, but so that references in Part IV of Condition B to a Periodic Review shall exclude any review carried out under paragraph 11 of that Condition and shall include the determination by the Competition and Markets Authority of the relevant questions or, as the case may be, the disputed determination referred to it under paragraph 16 of Condition B;

  • H.15 Daily Update means the daily update of H.15(519), available through the world-wide-web site of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System at hxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/H15/ update, or any successor site or publication.

  • CREFC® Website The CREFC®’s Website located at “xxx.xxxxx.xxx” or such other primary website as the CREFC® may establish for dissemination of its report forms.

  • Periodic Billing Requirement means, for any Remittance Period, the aggregate amount of Charges calculated by the Servicer as necessary to be billed during such period in order to collect the Periodic Payment Requirement on a timely basis.

  • Periodic Reports means all of the Company’s reports required to be filed by the Company with the Commission under applicable laws and regulations (including, without limitation, Regulation S-K), including annual reports (on Form 10-K), quarterly reports (on Form 10-Q), and current reports (on Form 8-K), for so long as any amounts are outstanding under this Note or any Other Note; provided that all such Periodic Reports shall include, when filed, all information, financial statements, audit reports (when applicable) and other information required to be included in such Periodic Reports in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • CREFC® NOI Adjustment Worksheet The worksheet in the “NOI Adjustment Worksheet” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Collateral Summary File The data file in the “CREFC® Collateral Summary File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Update means a hotfix, patch or minor version update to any Platform software; and

  • Statistical record means a record in a system of records maintained for sta- tistical research or reporting purposes only and not used in whole or in part in making any determination about an identifiable individual, except as pro- vided by 13 U.S.C. 8.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • CREFC® Property File The data file in the “CREFC® Property File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Servicer Watch List format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Periodic Rate Cap With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan and any Adjustment Date therefor, the fixed percentage set forth in the related Mortgage Note, which is the maximum amount by which the Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan may increase or decrease (without regard to the Maximum Mortgage Rate or the Minimum Mortgage Rate) on such Adjustment Date from the Mortgage Rate in effect immediately prior to such Adjustment Date.

  • Technical Report means a report prepared and filed in accordance with this Instrument and Form 43-101F1 Technical Report that includes, in summary form, all material scientific and technical information in respect of the subject property as of the effective date of the technical report; and

  • CREFC® Total Loan Report The report in the “Total Loan Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Collateral Summary File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Collateral Summary File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Servicer Realized Loss Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Servicer Realized Loss Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Loan Modification Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Modification Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Loan Level Reserve/LOC Report The monthly report in the “CREFC® Loan Level Reserve/LOC Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Payment Posting Instructions Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Payment Posting Instructions Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
