Permanent Physical or Mental Disability definition
Permanent Physical or Mental Disability means the Participant’s inability to perform his or her job or any position which the Participant can perform with his or her background and training by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment which can be expected to result in death or to be of long, continued and indefinite duration.
Permanent Physical or Mental Disability means: a Participant's inability to perform his or her job or any position which the Participant can reasonably perform with his or her background and training by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment which can be expected to result in death or to be of long, continued and indefinite duration, all as determined by the Committee in its discretion.
