Primary Residence means an Insured’s fixed, permanent and main home for legal and tax purposes.
Permanent residence means a place where the person abides, lodges, or resides for 5 or more consecutive days.
permanent resident means any occupant of any room or rooms in a hotel or transient accommodation for at least 90 consecutive days shall be considered a permanent resident with regard to the period of such occupancy.
Non-Primary Residence Loans The Mortgage Loans designated as secured by second or vacation residences, or by non-owner occupied residences, on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
Permanent total disability means incapacity because of accidental injury or occupational disease to earn any wages in any employment for which the employee may become physically suited and reasonably fitted by education, training or experience, including vocational rehabilitation; loss of both hands, or both feet, or both legs, or both eyes, or any two thereof, shall constitute permanent total disability;
Modular home means a modular unit as defined in Section 15A-1-302.
Permanent and Total Disability means any medically determinable physical or mental impairment rendering an individual unable to engage in any substantial gainful activity, which disability can be expected to result in death or which has lasted or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than 12 months.

Permanent Position Any position which has required, or which will require the services of an incumbent without interruption, for an indefinite period.
Residential Zone means a zone earmarked for buildings exclusively designed for human habitation and in no case shall include its use in whole or a part thereof for any other purpose e.g commercial activities, school, institution, shop, office, clinic, beauty parlor, guest house, marriage center, gymnasium, tuition center, club activities, work-shop, store or godown etc. or for the purpose of political, religious and sectarian activities. It includes parks, gardens, play grounds, sector shops and other open spaces located in the area earmarked in the residential zone.
Permanent Incapacity as used herein shall mean mental or physical incapacity, or both, reasonably determined by the Company's Board of Directors based upon a certification of such incapacity by, in the discretion of the Company's Board of Directors, either Executive's regularly attending physician or a duly licensed physician selected by the Company's Board of Directors, rendering Executive unable to perform substantially all of his duties hereunder and which appears reasonably certain to continue for at least six consecutive months without substantial improvement. Executive shall be deemed to have "become permanently incapacitated" on the date the Company's Board of Directors has determined that Executive is permanently incapacitated and so notifies Executive.
Presidential Primary Election means the election established in Chapter 9, Part
Residential care home or “RCH” means a residential care home as defined and licensed under the Residential Care Homes (Elderly Persons) Ordinance (Cap. 459), or as defined and issued with a licence or certificate of exemption under the Residential Care Homes (Persons with Disabilities) Ordinance (Cap. 613), or the boarding section of a special school subvented under the Education Bureau, or the residential facilities of the Skills Centre (Tuen Mun) of Vocational Training Council, or a nursing home as referred to in the Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Maternity Homes Registration Ordinance (Cap. 165) which provides residential services for persons aged 60 or above in Hong Kong.
Lawfully admitted for permanent residence means the status of having been lawfully accorded the privilege of residing permanently in the United States as an immigrant in accordance with the immigration laws, such status not having changed.
Community Developmental Disability Program (CDDP means an entity that is responsible for planning and delivery of services for individuals with developmental disabilities in a specific geographic service area of the state operated by or under a contract with the Division or a local mental health authority.
Permanent Secretary means the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry responsible for Health;
Permanent partial disability means a permanent disability
Family or household members means spouses, domestic partners, former spouses, former domestic partners, persons who have a child in common regardless of whether they have been married or have lived together at any time, adult persons related by blood or marriage, adult persons who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past, persons sixteen years of age or older who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past and who have or have had a dating relationship, persons sixteen years of age or older with whom a person sixteen years of age or older has or has had a dating relationship, and persons who have a biological or legal parent-child relationship, including stepparents and stepchildren and grandparents and grandchildren.
Permanent Total Disablement means a bodily injury caused by accidental, external, violent and visible means, which as a direct consequence thereof totally disables and prevents the insured from attending to any business or occupation of any and every kind or if he/she has no business or occupation, from attending to his/her usual and normal duties that last for a continuous period of twelve calendar months from the date of the accident, with no hopes of improvement in future
Affordable Housing Units – means the Affordable Housing to be provided as part of the development in accordance with the application and/or any subsequent reserved matters approval.
Residential facility for persons with a disability means a residence:
Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of living area within the perimeter of a residential structure, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, patio, enclosed patio, or similar area. The determination of Residential Floor Area shall be made by reference to the building permit(s) issued for such Assessor’s Parcel.
Assisted living residence means a facility licensed by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services to provide apartment-style housing and congregate dining and to assure that assisted living services are available when needed for four or more adult persons unrelated to the proprietor and that offers units containing, at a minimum, one unfurnished room, a private bathroom, a kitchenette and a lockable door on the unit entrance.

Affordable Housing Unit means a rental unit in an affordable housing building that rents for an amount that is affordable to households at or below 60 percent of area median income, as median income was most recently determined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington, Minnesota-Wisconsin Metropolitan Statistical Area, as adjusted for household size and number of bedrooms.
