Lodging accommodations, if any, shall be described in and governed by Exhibit C, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Any additional special equipment and labor fees that apply will be charged to the Permit Holder at established rates at the time of the camp. If Owner is unable to provide part of or all of the facilities or services specified in this Agreement, Owner shall give prompt notice thereof to the Permit Holder. Permit Holder's Representative means the representative of the Permit Holder (i.e. the organisation) who will take responsibility and sign documents on behalf of the organisation. This person must be in a position with sufficient authority to ensure all permit conditions are met.

  • Holders’ Representative means the Holders’ Representative named in the first paragraph of this Agreement or any direct or indirect successor Holders’ Representative designated in accordance with Section 6.3.

  • Lenders’ Representative means the person duly authorised by the Senior Lenders to act for and on behalf of the Senior Lenders with regard to matters arising out of or in relation to this Agreement, and includes his successors, assigns and substitutes;

  • Management Representative means an individual designated to hear grievances on behalf of the University.

  • Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.

  • Owner Representative means that Person or Persons designated by Owner in a written notice to Contractor who shall have complete authority to act on behalf of Owner on all matters pertaining to the Work, including giving instructions and making changes in the Work. The Owner Representative as of the Contract Date is designated in Section 4.9.

  • Seller Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(a).

  • Supplier’s Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time with overall responsibility for this Contract and notified to the Customer;

If a Project Representative is appointed, the Project Representative represents the Authority Representative on the Project within the limits of that delegation with respect to any part of the Work.
