Permitted Contracts definition

Permitted Contracts shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.02(r).
Permitted Contracts means any Contracts, including purchase orders, which relate to the Product or the Product Line Business and which are entered into by Seller after the Execution Date, which Contracts involve payment by Seller of no more than $25,000 or extend for a term no longer than ninety (90) days from the Closing Date, and which are not otherwise material.
Permitted Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement.

  • Except for the Permitted Contracts and the Licenses and Permits, there do not exist any of the following agreements with respect to the Property that will be an obligation of Buyer or the Property after the Closing: reciprocal easement agreements; declarations of covenants, conditions, restrictions and easements; party wall agreements; “tie‑back” agreements; common area agreements; shared maintenance agreements, common use agreements or agreements with any Authority.

  • Company shall not license any other Person to use any of Company’s Intellectual Property Rights, except that Company may grant licenses in the ordinary course of its business or as contemplated by the Permitted Contracts.

More Definitions of Permitted Contracts

Permitted Contracts means the contracts which may be cancelled without penalty on no more than thirty (30) days’ written notice.
Permitted Contracts means all agreements and contracts with Third Parties for a duration of one year or less that have a financial commitment of $500,000 or less. Agreements with a duration of more than one year or have a financial commitment in excess of $500,000 shall require the written consent of the Company, except those in existence at the date of this Agreement.

Permitted Contracts means power sales contract to which the Facility Lessee or the Subsidiary Guarantors are parties as sellers for the sale of energy, capacity or ancillary services at prices established at a formula, index or other price risk management methodology not based on spot market prices, having a remaining term from such date of calculation of at least two years that are then in full force and effect and not in default in any material respect. The good faith determination by the Facility Lessee that an agreement constitutes a Permitted Contract shall be conclusive in connection with the Restricted Payment for which such determination was made.
Permitted Contracts shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.1 hereof.
Permitted Contracts means, collectively, the Service Contracts that Buyer has elected or is required to assume pursuant to Section 4.5, the Permitted Title Exceptions, the Redevelopment Agreements, the Xxxxxxx’x XXX and the Personal Property Leases.
