Other than Permitted Contracts and agreements with customers of the Bank and with financial institutions entered into by the Bank in the ordinary course of its banking business, attached to the Disclosure Statement as Exhibit "L" is a list of all material contracts and other agreements and arrangements, both written and oral, to which Bank or any of the other Corporations is a party and which involve $10,000 or more, which affect or pertain to the operation of their respective businesses.
