Personal Cabinet definition

Personal Cabinet means set of protected pages on the Platform that are created following User’s registration on the Platform, using which the User can place Orders for further execution of Transactions with MAXITBTC. The Personal Cabinet reflects information about placed and cancelled Orders, closed Transactions, available Funds and other information determined by the functions of the Site.

Personal Cabinet is the combination of the tools operated by the Broker with help of which a User utilizes the Program’s abilities and receives the information on the User Account and gives instructions to carry out transactions with the funds on their User Account. The Personal Cabinet is administered and supported by the Broker.

Examples of Personal Cabinet in a sentence

  • The Client agrees to keep confidential and not disclose to anyone his/her personal data for the use in the Forex Terminal and (or) the Client’s Personal Virtual Cabinet (Personal Cabinet), which, for the purposes of this Agreement, mean the Client’s login (user name) in the Personal Cabinet, the Client’s unique code, as well as access passwords (hereinafter in this section collectively and individually referred to as the Access Data).

  • Any information sent to the Client by the Company using the data specified by the Client is considered received by the Client: one hour after sending the e-mail; immediately after placing the notification in the Personal Cabinet; after 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the mail; immediately after the phone conversation with the Client; immediately after the message to the Client in the Internet messenger.

  • Working hours of the Forex Company: Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 (except for holidays declared non-working days in the Republic of Belarus and falling on a weekday).Access to the Personal Cabinet and the Forex Terminal is provided around the clock seven days a week.

  • The Personal Cabinet is located on the Website of the Forex Company in a special section which is equipped with special cryptographic protection tools in order to restrict access and ensure confidentiality of information.

  • Failure to take measures may lead to the infliction of damage to the Client as the result of unauthorized execution of operations on behalf of the Client by the third parties through the Personal Cabinet by using the Client’s login (or the electronic address) and password.

  • Access to the Personal Cabinet is provided after the Client registers on the website of the Forex Company.

  • Subject to Clause 3.2 of this Agreement, Personal Cabinet can only be used by the Person under whose name it is registered.

  • All Account operations are carried out upon your request made in a proper way on the Platform using your Personal Cabinet.
