Personal care worker means a person who assists residents in their activities of daily living, personal care and such other duties as are reasonably required to deliver care. A Personal Care Worker shall not be expected to undertake clinical duties which would otherwise be done by a registered nurse unless assessed as currently competent and at the direction of a registered nurse.
