Personal Wireless Service Facility definition

Personal Wireless Service Facility means a personal wireless service facility as defined in 47 U.S.C. § 332(c)(7)(C)(ii), as may be amended or superseded Personal Wireless Service Facility does not include radio towers, television towers, and government-operated public safety networks.
Personal Wireless Service Facility or "PWSF" or "facility" means any "PWSF" as defined in the federal Telecommunications Act of 1996, 47 U.S.C. section 332(c)(7)(C)(ii), including facilities used or to be used by a licensed provider of personal wireless services.
Personal Wireless Service Facility means the same as defined by the FCC in 47 C.F.R. § 1.6002(i) which means an antenna facility or a structure that is used for the provision of personal wireless service, whether such service is provided on a stand-alone basis or commingled with other wireless communications services.

Personal Wireless Service Facility means a facility that transmits and/or receives telephonic or other wireless signals, including antennas, equipment, related facilities and appurtenances thereof used to provide or facilitate the provision of personal wireless service.
