Peruvian Security Documents definition

Peruvian Security Documents means the agreements and documents described on Schedule 1.01(g) under the caption "Peru" (in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Initial Lenders) and each security agreement or other instrument or document executed and delivered pursuant to Section 5.11 or 5.12 or otherwise to secure any of the Obligations in respect of (a) Collateral located in Peru and (b) Equity Interests of any Person incorporated or organized under the laws of Peru or any political subdivision thereof that constitute Collateral.

Examples of Peruvian Security Documents in a sentence
