Pet Friendly definition

Pet Friendly means the designation of certain guest rooms or all guest rooms by an owner or operator to allow pets to stay in a guest room with the guest.
Pet Friendly apartments (with completed Pet Application approved by the Director of Housing and $250.00 Pet Fee): Domestic cats and many breeds of dogs. See Pet Application for prohibited breeds.

Pet Friendly or “Pet Free”. An Owner’s Assigned Cottage is designated “Pet Friendly” or “Pet Free” as stipulated in his/her Owner’s Purchase Contract. Pets are not allowed to enter a “Pet Free” designated Cottage or Cottage enclosed porch.
