Seller represents, warrants and undertakes, at its sole cost, to supply Goods under a Purchase Order in compliance with European Union Regulation Number 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), or any similar law or regulation adopted by any country or jurisdiction in the world, which would prevent or restrict the sale or transport of the Goods.
The Buyer shall reimburse CREBONIT for all costs and expenses incurred by CREBONIT in connection with the obligations under REACH due to the intended use of the Products by the Buyer.
