Phantom Stock Account definition

Phantom Stock Account means the recordkeeping account established on the books and records of the Company to record the number of shares of Phantom Stock allocated to a Participant under the 2005 Plan.
Phantom Stock Account means that portion of a Participant's Account Balance which is credited with Phantom Stock Units as set forth in Section 3.7(b).
Phantom Stock Account means an account established and maintained for a Participant pursuant to Sections 3.02(a) and 3.02(b)(2).
