Phase 2 Completion Date definition

Phase 2 Completion Date means (subject to Clause 29 (Delay Events)) the date described as such in Schedule Part [ ] or such other date as the parties may agree;]

Phase 2 Completion Date means that date described in Section 5.04 and Exhibit G

Phase 2 Completion Date means the date which is the date that is 18 months from the Phase 1 Completion Date provided that such date shall be extended by a period equal to any period of time lost as a result of Force Majeure or as otherwise provided for in this Agreement and may be extended by the mutual written agreement of the Parties.

Examples of Phase 2 Completion Date in a sentence

• Phase 2 Completion must take place on the Phase 2 Completion Date or at another time and date agreed between the parties.

More Definitions of Phase 2 Completion Date

Phase 2 Completion Date has the meaning given in Clause 17.10.2(A)(6).
