Physical Notification definition

Physical Notification as defined in the BSC;
Physical Notification means, in respect of a Settlement Period and a BM Unit, anotification made by (or on behalf of) the Lead Party to the NETSO under the Grid Code as to the expected level of Export or Import, as at the Transmission System Boundary, in the absence of any Acceptances, at all times during that Settlement Period;

  • Table 3 of the consultation paper confirms that wind and solar generators “may submit Physical Notification (PN) but this is not currently used in the scheduling and dispatch process by the TSOs”.

  • Offshore Physical Notes has the meaning provided in Section 2.01.

  • 1940 Act Notification means a notification of registration of the Fund as an investment company under the 1940 Act on Form N-8A, as the 1940 Act Notification may be amended from time to time.

  • Voting Participant Notification is defined in Section 11.10(i) hereof.
