Physically handicapped person definition

Physically handicapped person means an individual who has a physical impairment, including impaired sensory, manual, or speaking abilities, that results in a functional limitation in gaining access to and using a building, facility or structure.
Physically handicapped person means any person who has a physical impairment which severely and permanently restricts mobility of two or more extremities, or who is so severely disabled as to be unable to move without the aid of a wheelchair;
Physically handicapped person with limited mobility means any person who suffers from a permanent physical condition making it unduly difficult and burdensome for such person to walk.
