PIK Trustee means U.M.B. Bank, N.A., in its capacity as Indenture Trustee to the EFIH Senior Toggle Notes and/or the EFIH Unexchanged Notes, and any and all of its agents, advisors, employees, representatives, staff, attorneys, and all other persons or entities acting on its behalf or under its control.
PIK Trustee means United States Trust Company of New York, as trustee under the PIK Indenture, and its successors and assigns, pursuant to which the PIK Notes were issued.
