Pipeline Capacity definition

Pipeline Capacity as herein used means the volume of Crude Petroleum throughput capacity of the Pipeline, as reasonably determined by Pipeline Operator.
Pipeline Capacity as herein used means the volume of Crude Oil throughput capacity of the Pipeline, as reasonably determined by Carrier.
Pipeline Capacity means the Pipeline System capacity expressed in BPD on a Pipeline Segment, as it exists from time to time.
