PJM Dispute Resolution Procedures definition

PJM Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures for the resolution of disputes set forth in Schedule 5 of this Agreement.

  • To the extent any dispute arises between any Member and the LLC arising from, or in any way connected with, the performance of the LLC under this Agreement, the Member and the LLC shall follow the PJM Dispute Resolution Procedures.

  • The Parties irrevocably consent (to the extent permitted by law) that any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to this Agreement to which the PJM Dispute Resolution Procedures do not apply shall be brought in any of the following forums, as appropriate – any court of the State of Delaware, any federal court of the United States of America located in the State of Delaware, or, where subject to its jurisdiction, before the Commission.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedure means the procedure for resolution of Disputes set forth in Article 26;
