PJM Requirement definition

PJM Requirement. – shall mean any rule, charge, procedure, or other requirements of PJM, including the PJM Tariff, applicable to FERC-jurisdictional service provided over the Transmission System of either Party.
PJM Requirement means any rule, charge, procedure, or other requirements of PJM, including the PJM Tariff, applicable to FERC-jurisdictional service provided over the Dominion Energy Transmission System.
