Plan Interest definition

Plan Interest means the rate per annum, compounded annually on June 30, as the Board shall set and adopt at the end of each fiscal year, credited annually in each participant’s T-DROP account. The interest rate shall be 2% less than ATRS' average rate of return with a maximum of 6% and minimum of 2%. The Board will determine the interest rate for the following fiscal year based upon the rate of return for the immediately preceding twelve-month period ending March 31 prior to the start of such fiscal year. The initial calculation of this rate shall begin March 31, 2005, for interest to be credited in the 2005-2006 fiscal year.
Plan Interest means, with respect to any Participant Allocation, a Participant’s Total Notional Investment (including any notional interest accrued at the Participant Applicable Rate) minus the sum of such Participant’s previously unreduced Notional Advances reflected in the Participant’s Account with respect to such Participant Allocation (plus accrued and previously unreduced notional interest thereon) and such Participant’s previously unreduced Administration Fee.
Plan Interest means interest at the legal rate, which shall mean the federal judgment rate pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ss.1961(a) in effect as of the Confirmation Date unless the Holder of a Claim objects thereto on or before the Confirmation Date, in which event the applicable rate for such objector will be the federal rate as determined by the Bankruptcy Court for such objector if such objector is determined to be the Holder of an Allowed Claim.
