Rate Earned. One day per month, pro-rated for part-time permanent employees, unlimited accumulation. May be used after the first ninety (90) days of employment. One-fourth (1/4) buy out a current rate of pay upon satisfactory termination of services with the District. Illness during holidays are considered holiday pay.

Rate Earned. Overtime hours (those in excess of an 8 hour day or a 40 hour workweek) will not count toward the rate earned.
Rate Earned. Sick leave shall be earned at the rate of one work day (11.2 hours) for each calendar month of service.
