Rate Earned. One day per month, pro-rated for part-time permanent employees, unlimited accumulation. May be used after the first ninety (90) days of employment. One-fourth (1/4) buy out a current rate of pay upon satisfactory termination of services with the District. Illness during holidays are considered holiday pay.

Rate Earned. Sick leave shall be earned at the rate of one work day (11.2 hours) for each calendar month of service.

  • Lower Salary Level An employee who accepts another position with a lower salary range will be paid an amount equal to their current salary, provided it is within the salary range of the new position. In those cases where the employee’s current salary exceeds the maximum amount of the salary range for the new position, the employee will be compensated at the maximum salary of the new salary range.

  • Rate of Accrual Sick leave shall be earned and accrued without a maximum limit and shall be earned as follows:

  • Accrual Rate of Sick Leave With Pay Credits Full-time employees shall accrue eight (8) hours of sick leave with pay credits for each full month worked. Employees who work less than the full month but at least thirty-two (32) hours during the month shall accrue sick leave with pay on a pro rata basis for the month.

  • Wage Rate The hourly rates for full-time junior and adult apprentices as set out in this agreement shall apply to school based apprentices except that the school based apprentice for pay purposes will be paid a further 25% of hours to the actual hours worked for off the job training.
