Plan Investment definition

Plan Investment means an investment established and maintained pursuant to the Plan and recorded on the Note Register.
Plan Investment means an investment that this Plan notionally acquires in accordance with SECTION 6(b).
Plan Investment means up to $50 million in equity or debt financing to be made or arranged by Plan Sponsor in or for the Reorganized Debtor which shall be used to fund the terms of this Plan, working capital, repair of the Reynolds Plant and any other uses permitted thereby.

Plan Investment means an investment that this Plan notionally acquires in accordance with the investment guidelines set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Plan Investor As defined in Section 5.03(n) of this Agreement.

  • Benefit Plan Investor means an “employee benefit plan” as defined in Section 3(3) of ERISA that is subject to Title I of ERISA, a “plan” as defined in and subject to Section 4975 of the Code or an entity whose underlying assets include plan assets of any of the foregoing.

  • PIPE Investment has the meaning specified in the Recitals hereto.

  • Nonpurpose Investment means any investment property (as defined in Section 148(b) of the Code) that is acquired with the Gross Proceeds of the Funding Loan and which is not acquired to carry out the governmental purpose of the Funding Loan.

An investment in an issuer includes, but is not limited to, the exercise of warrants, conversion privileges or other rights to purchase securities of the issuer.

  • Private Investment means a securities offering that is exempt from registration under certain provisions of the U.S. securities laws and/or similar laws of non-U.S. jurisdictions. It includes investments in hedge funds, private equity funds, limited partnerships, real estate, peer to peer lending clubs and private businesses.

  • Joint Venture Investment means, with respect to any Obligor, any Investment by such Obligor in a joint venture or other investment vehicle in the form of a capital investment, loan or other commitment in or to such joint venture or other investment vehicle pursuant to which such Obligor may be required to provide contributions, investments, or financing to such joint venture or other investment vehicle and which Investment the Borrower has designated as a “Joint Venture Investment”.

  • Approved Investment means any type of security, instrument, participation or interest in property, as set forth on Schedule I hereto (which may be amended from time to time by execution of a revised Schedule I, I-A or I-B) in which Cash Collateral may be invested or reinvested by Bank in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article IV hereof.

  • Investment is any beneficial ownership interest in any Person (including stock, partnership interest or other securities), and any loan, advance or capital contribution to any Person.

  • Investment Assets means all debentures, notes and other evidences of Indebtedness, stocks, securities (including rights to purchase and securities convertible into or exchangeable for other securities), interests in joint ventures and general and limited partnerships, mortgage loans and other investment or portfolio assets owned of record or beneficially by the Company.

  • Regulated investment company has the meaning set forth in Section 851 of the Code.

  • Qualified Investments means any of the following if and to the extent permitted by law:

  • Investment pool means an entity created under the Texas Gov- ernment Code to invest public funds jointly on behalf of the entities that participate in the pool and whose investment objectives in or- der of priority are preservation and safety of principal, liquidity, and yield.

  • Equity Investments shall have the meaning provided in the preamble to this Agreement.
