Plan Notice definition

Plan Notice means a written notice from the Distribution Agent to Preliminary Claimants informing them of the Fair Fund; the Plan and its eligibility requirements; explaining how to submit a claim, including instructions for any online claims process; and how to obtain a copy of the approved Plan and Claim Form by request or from the Fair Fund’s website.
