Plan Supervisor definition

Plan Supervisor means the person or firm employed by the Plan to provide consulting services to the Plan in connection with the operation of the Plan and any other functions, including the processing and payment of claims. The Plan Supervisor is Allegiance Benefit Plan Management, Inc. The Plan Supervisor provides ministerial duties only, exercises no discretion over plan assets and will not be considered a fiduciary as defined by ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act) or any other State or Federal law or regulation.
Plan Supervisor means the person or firm employed by the Medical Plan, Prescription Drug Plan, Dental Plan or Vision Plan to provide consulting services to the Medical Plan, Prescription Drug Plan, Dental Plan or Vision Plan in connection with the operation of the Medical Plan, Prescription Drug Plan, Dental Plan or Vision Plan and any other functions, including the processing and payment of claims. The Plan Supervisor provides ministerial duties only, exercises no discretion over Medical Plan, Prescription Drug Plan, Dental Plan or Vision Plan assets and will not be considered a fiduciary as defined by State or Federal law or regulation.
Plan Supervisor means Total Administrative Services Corporation designated by and under contract with the Plan Administrator to perform certain administrative functions, including, but not limited to, claims administration and recordkeeping.

  • The Covered Person should include any additional information supporting the appeal or the information required by the Plan which was not initially provided and forward it to the Plan Supervisor within the 180-day time period.
