Vision Plan definition

Vision Plan means a health insurance policy or contract that provides vision coverage.
Vision Plan means a company, organization, group, or person who owns, operates, and provides a health care benefit plan designed for the care of the eye or the correction or enhancement of one's eyesight.
Vision Plan means an element of the North Bend comprehensive plan which depicts preferred land use patterns and design principles for North Bend.

Vision Plan means any of the following that provides benefits or services for vision care or treatment. However, if separate contracts are used to provide coordinated payment for covered individuals of a group, the separate contracts are considered parts of the same vision plan and there is no integration or Coordination of Benefits among those separate contracts, unless specifically indicated.
