Planned Expansion definition

Planned Expansion has the meaning assigned to such term in the Gas Gathering Agreement.
Planned Expansion shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3A.

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.
