Planned Full Services Commencement Date definition

Planned Full Services Commencement Date means December 31, 2015 or such other date agreed or determined to be the Planned Full Services Commencement Date pursuant to this Agreement.

  • The Concession Agreement sets forth certain events, upon the occurrence of which the Concessionaire is entitled to claim relief from certain of its obligations, such as extension of the Planned Full Services Commencement Date and/or Full Services Commencement Longstop Date, relief from the allocation of Noncompliance Points and/or from any right which HPTE would otherwise have to assert that circumstances amounted to a Concessionaire Default.
