New Works definition

New Works means the coiled tubing work to be conducted on the Xxxxxxx X0 Well, the Pilot Hole at the Wenlock W3 Well and the connection for W2 Well and W3 Well as more specifically described in the AFEs set out in Schedule 5;
New Works means any new or derivative works developed or derived from or created with (the use of) the Services, Documents or Products (including any improvement, modification, adjustment, amendment, modification, update, upgrade, amendment thereof). New Works includes any updates, upgrades, corrections, alterations, supplements, modifications or improvements of the Services, Documents or Products made by NieuweWeme (or its employees or agents) for, upon request of and/or on behalf of the Customer.

More Definitions of New Works

New Works means Small Works, Projects, Reactive Maintenance Works in excess of the Comprehensive Liability Threshold and Works Arising from Planned Maintenance which are not included in the Lump Sum Price and are raised via a Work Order;
New Works means any works produced by Party A or Affiliates parties pursuant to Party A’s exercise of the New Works Rights.
New Works means work constructed on Corridor Land NarrowGauge by the Network Lessee which:
New Works means the sewage works as a result of the Land Transfer Agreement between Newmont Canada and Barrick Gold Inc., dated July 28, 2010;
New Works means Work Nos. 1B, 4 and 5 for which development has not yet commenced at the date this Order takes effect.
New Works has the meaning as ascribed to it in Article 3.3 below.

Related to New Works

  • New Work means any Services/Deliverables outside the scope of the Contract and not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Design-build team means an entity that consists of:

  • Design means the appearance of the whole or a part of a product resulting from the features of, in particular, the lines, contours, colours, shape, texture and/or materials of the product itself and/or its ornamentation;

  • New Technology means any invention, discovery, improvement, or innovation that was not available to the District on the effective date of the contract, whether or not patentable, including, but not limited to, new processes, emerging technology, machines, and improvements to or new applications of existing processes, machines, manufactures and software. Also included are new computer programs, and improvements to, or new applications of, existing computer programs, whether or not copyrightable and any new process, machine, including software, and improvements to, or new applications of, existing processes, machines, manufactures and software.
