Planning and Zoning. The City’s Planning and Development Department will provide comprehensive planning, land development, land use, and building review and inspection services in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Planning and Zoning. Present, past or future conformity of any Property with planning, building, zoning, subdivision and development statutes, ordinances, regulations and permits, the general plan and the specific plan.

Planning and Zoning a. Authorities, powers and responsibilities in this sphere, except in the Settlements and the Military Installation Area, shall be transferred to the Palestinian Authority subject to the following.
b. Planning schemes, bylaws and regulations in effect in the Gaza Strip and the Jericho Area prior to the signing of this Agreement shall remain in force, unless amended or abrogated in accordance with this Agreement.
c. The Palestinian Authority may amend, abrogate or promulgate planning schemes, and issue licenses and exemptions within its jurisdiction, provided that such acts are consistent with the provisions of this Agreement.
d. As part of its procedure, the Palestinian Authority shall publish planning schemes in the form of law. The Palestinian Authority shall provide the CAC with a copy of it.
e. If Israel considers such a plan to be inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, including Annex I, it may, within thirty (30) days of the receipt by the CAC of such a plan, bring it for consideration by a special subcommittee of the CAC and/or request additional information regarding the plan. The Palestinian Authority shall respect the recommendations of the subcommittee. Pending the completion of such a consideration process, and due settlement of the matter in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the planning procedures shall not be finalized.
Planning and Zoning. Tenant’s use and proposed improvements shall be subject to all applicable zoning, municipal, county, state and federal laws, ordinances and regulations governing and regulating the use of the Premises, including the local authority that has jurisdiction over the enforcement of building code standards, the local fire district , and City of XXXX Ordinance No XXXX declaring a shelter crisis and authorizing the temporary suspension of various laws.
Planning and Zoning. The planning and zoning jurisdiction of the City will be extended to the annexed area on the effective date of annexation. All land annexed shall be classified in the R-F zoning district pending a public hearing by the City Plan Commission on the appropriate zoning classification and action by the City Council. Such hearing shall be held within sixty days after the effective date of annexation and such action shall be taken by the City Council within thirty days after the last adjournment of the public hearing.

Other than those exceptions contained in Exhibit 6.11 hereto (a) The present use of each Real Estate is educational, that use is authorized under applicable planning and zoning laws and regulations and the permits authorizing that use are unconditional and permanent. (b) No breach of applicable planning and zoning laws and regulations or building regulations or other legislation or any permit issued under any such law or regulation has been committed in relation to any Real Estate.
Planning and Zoning. 8.1 The Properties and all uses of, and developments on, the Properties have been duly approved by the statutory authorities and comply with all Planning and Zoning Legislation.
8.2 The Company and / or the Promoter have not been informed in writing by the lessor or licensor of any of the Properties that a Permission in respect of any of the Properties is for a limited period or personal, and a Permission or statutory agreement affecting any of the Properties contains (expressly or impliedly) any unusual or onerous conditions or obligations.
8.3 In respect of the Properties, the Company is not subject to any outstanding monetary claim or liability, actual or contingent, arising under any Planning and Zoning Legislation, Permission or statutory agreement.
8.4 In respect of the Properties, no legal action is being taken by any Governmental Authority due to (i) any deviation from the sanctioned plan of construction, wrongful use due to violation of zoning or environmental laws (if applicable); and (ii) violation of the building bye-laws governing the Properties or due to any adverse action by the municipal corporation or local authority rendering the Properties or any part thereof unusable in the opinion of the Company;
Planning and Zoning. 1. Powers and responsibilities in the sphere of Planning and Zoning in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip shall be transferred from the military government and its Civil Administration to the Palestinian side. This includes initiating, preparing, amending and abrogating Planning Schemes, and other legislation pertaining to issues regulated by Planning Schemes (hereinafter: “Planning Schemes”) issuing building permits and supervising and monitoring building activities.
2. In Area C, powers and responsibilities related to the sphere of Planning and Zoning will be transferred gradually to Palestinian jurisdiction that will cover West Bank and Gaza Strip territory except for the issues that will be negotiated in the permanent status negotiations, during the further redeployment phases, to be completed within 18 months from the date of the inauguration of the Council.
3. a. The Palestinian side shall ensure that no construction close to the Settlements and military locations will harm, damage or adversely affect them or the infrastructure serving them.
