Plant Operations definition

Plant Operations means various allied and/or peripheral jobs carried out therein for production of lubricants, for storage and sale as per the market demand. Peripheral activity includes all those jobs that are unskilled in nature, for production of lubricant products meeting the required specifications and as may be amended or supplemented by BPCL from time to time.
Plant Operations means the Plant Operations Division of the Department of Environmental Protection of the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians.
Plant Operations means (i) the operation, management, maintenance and improvement of, and collection of Revenues from (or in connection with), the Plant and (ii) all other actions relating to the operation of the Plant or otherwise that are to be performed by or on behalf of the Concessionaire pursuant to this Agreement.
