Pledged Intellectual Property definition

Pledged Intellectual Property means the Intellectual Property falling in the scope of the Business Division Pledge Agreement from time to time;
Pledged Intellectual Property means, as of any date, the Intellectual Property included in the Collateral as of such date
Pledged Intellectual Property means the patents and patent applications listed in Schedule II hereto and all, patents, registrations, and applications therefore, including, without limitation, divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part, re-examinations, reissues and renewals thereof and improvements thereon, all solely in respect of the patents and patent applications listed in Schedule II (collectively, "Patents"); and all proprietary rights and claims or causes of action arising out of or related to any infringement, misappropriation or other violation of any of the Patents, including, without limitation, rights to recover for past, present and future violations thereof (collectively, "Other Proprietary Rights").

More Definitions of Pledged Intellectual Property

Pledged Intellectual Property means (i) the Intellectual Property listed on Schedules V-VIII hereto and (ii) all other Intellectual Property owned or controlled by the Company and the Grantors related to the use, production, manufacture, commercialization or distribution of any Secured Product.

Related to Pledged Intellectual Property

  • New Intellectual Property means any and all inventions, devices, processes (including, without limitation, processes of using devices or of manufacturing such devices), methods, compositions or products or software, whether patentable or unpatentable, copyrights, and works of authorship, and related know-how, which are conceived or reduced to practice or writing during the term of this Agreement and for 180 days after it expires, which are developed as a result of conducting the Research Project for Intel, and which are within the Field of Research.

  • Excluded Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property (including Software, but excluding Trademarks), owned by Seller and its Affiliates as of the date hereof that is not Acquired IP.
