Business Division means Seller’s existing business, conducted under the name Spice Products, of the manufacture, processing and distribution of raw, processed and blended spices and certain other dry goods culinary products set forth on Schedule A at wholesale (1) for inclusion in Seller’s private label products according to Seller’s own specifications for Seller’s further sale to customers of Seller’s direct store delivery network, and (2) for inclusion in products for third-party customers (including in some cases private label products of such customers) with specifications at such customer’s instructions, for direct sale to such third- party customers.
