PNPM Peduli Operations Manual definition

PNPM Peduli Operations Manual means the operations manual, acceptable to the World Bank, as in effect as of the date of this Agreement, applicable for the entire PNPM Peduli operations, meeting the requirements of Section 2.03 (b) of this Annex, and including all annexes and supplements thereto, including: (i) the Environmental and Social Codes of Practice; (ii) the Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework; (iii) the form of progress reports to be completed by the Recipient; and (iv) the form of Sub-Grantee proposal templates to be used by the Recipient, as such manual may be amended or updated from time to time by agreement in writing between the World Bank and the Recipient.

Examples of PNPM Peduli Operations Manual in a sentence

  • The Recipient shall not amend the PNPM Peduli Operations Manual or the Project Management Manual except with the written agreement of the World Bank.

  • The Recipient shall ensure that each Sub-Grant is implemented in accordance with the environmental and social safeguards section of the PNPM Peduli Operations Manual, including the Environmental and Social Codes of Practice, the Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework and the Negative List.

  • Project Operations Manual or “POM” means the Project Operations Manual referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the said manual may be amended from time to time, with the prior written approval of the Bank, and such term includes any schedules to the POM.

  • Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;

  • PJM Manuals means the instructions, rules, procedures and guidelines established by the Office of the Interconnection for the operation, planning, and accounting requirements of the PJM Region and the PJM Interchange Energy Market.

  • Operations Manager is defined in Section 4.8(a).

  • Project Manual means the volume usually assembled for the Work which may include the bidding requirements, sample forms, and other Contract Documents.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement;

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Supplier Operations means all assets, processes and systems (including information systems), data (including Customer data), personnel, and sites, used or processed by Supplier from time to time in the performance of this Agreement.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Supplier of water means any person who owns or operates a public water system.

  • Quality Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.3 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.

  • Personnel file means, for the purposes of Part III (8VAC20-90-60 et seq.), any and all memoranda, entries or other documents included in the teacher's file as maintained in the central school administration office or in any file regarding the teacher maintained within a school in which the teacher serves.

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.
