All facilities, including but not limited to cables, equipment and associated hardware, owned and utilized by Licensee, which are attached to a Pole, or occupy a Conduit or Right of Way.
Upon reasonable request by Licensee, VZ will provide any documentation that is not confidential or privileged in its possession supporting a claim that it does not own or have authority to grant access to a given Pole, Conduit, or Right of Way.
