Policy Amendment definition

Policy Amendment. As defined in the Compliance Rules. PPIF: A Legacy Securities Public-Private Investment Fund. PPIF Applicant: As defined in Schedule A.
Policy Amendment means a change in planning policy in terms of establishing, amending, or interpreting the Local Coastal Program, the General Plan, specific plans, land use designations, or County ordinances or regulations.

  • The Borrower will not, nor will it permit any of its Subsidiaries to amend or modify the Investment Policies (other than a Permitted Policy Amendment).

  • The Borrower will not, nor will it permit any of its Subsidiaries to amend or modify the Investment Objectives (other than a Permitted Policy Amendment).

  • The insurance cover is valid worldwide and takes immediate effect once the insurance has been taken out or, if insurance cover already exists, when the reservation is made.

  • Permitted Policy Amendment is an amendment, modification, termination or restatement of the Investment Policies, that is either (a) approved in writing by the Administrative Agent (with the consent of the Required Lenders), (b) required by applicable law or Governmental Authority, or (c) not material.

  • Addendum / Amendment means any written amendment / addendum /corrigendum to this RFP, from time to time issued by NMRC to the prospective bidders

  • ESG Amendment has the meaning specified in Section 2.18.

  • Incremental Facility Amendment has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(d).

  • Mortgage Amendment means an amendment to an Existing Mortgage or an amendment and restatement of an Existing Mortgage, in each case in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Collateral Agent.

  • Amendment means a written agreement, signed by the Parties, which documents changes to the Contract other than those permitted by Work Orders.

  • Major Amendment means any change which is not a minor amendment.

  • Amendment Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals hereto.

  • Price amendment means the amendment to a registration statement filed under the Securities Act of 1933 or, if an amendment is not filed, the prospectus or prospectus supplement filed under the Securities Act of 1933 that includes a statement of the offering price, underwriting and selling discounts or commissions, amount of proceeds, conversion rates, call prices, and other matters dependent upon the offering price.

  • Commitment Agreement means the written agreement that may be required at EDTI’s sole discretion between a Customer and EDTI whereby the Customer both authorizes the design and construction of new or expanded Facilities and agrees to pay all cancellation costs if the project is cancelled or if the Customer fails to sign an Electric Service Agreement prior to the energization of the new or expanded Facilities;

  • First Amendment means that certain First Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of February 27, 2017, among the Loan Parties, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

  • Certificate of Amendment means the Certificate of Amendment of the Company, the form of which is attached as Exhibit A.

  • Permitted Amendment means, with respect to any Shared-Loss Loan Commitment or Shared-Loss Loan, any amendment, modification, renewal or extension thereof, or any waiver of any term, right, or remedy thereunder, made by the Assuming Bank in good faith and otherwise in accordance with the applicable requirements set forth in Article III of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement and the then effective written internal credit policy guidelines of the Assuming Bank; provided, that:

  • Administrative permit amendment means an air quality operating permit revision that:

  • Restricted Amendment means the following: (A) an amendment of Specification 1, (B) except to the extent addressed in Section 2.10 hereof, an amendment that specifies the price charged by Registry Operator to registrars for domain name registrations, (C) an amendment to the definition of Registry Services as set forth in the first paragraph of Section 2.1 of Specification 6, or (D) an amendment to the length of the Term.

  • Reimbursement Agreement as defined in Section 2.8(b).

  • Contract Amendment means a written document signed by the Procurement Officer that is issued for the purpose of making changes in the Contract.

  • Incremental Commitment Agreement means each Incremental Commitment Agreement in the form of Exhibit R (appropriately completed) executed and delivered in accordance with Section 2.14.

  • Incremental Facility Agreement means an Incremental Facility Agreement, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and one or more Incremental Lenders, establishing Incremental Term Loan Commitments of any Series or Incremental Revolving Commitments and effecting such other amendments hereto and to the other Loan Documents as are contemplated by Section 2.20.

  • Fourth Amendment means that certain Fourth Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of August 17, 2017, among Holdings, the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and other Credit Parties party thereto.

  • Tenth Amendment means that certain Tenth Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of November 15, 2019, among Holdings, the Borrower, the other Credit Parties party thereto, the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Lenders party thereto.
