Examples of Political Force Majeure Event in a sentence
If an Indirect Political Force Majeure Event continues for a period of period of 90 days after the notification of an Indirect Political Force Majeure Event or any extended period agreed in pursuance of Clause 11.3, any Party shall, after the expiry of the 90 days' period or any other mutually extended period, be entitled to forthwith terminate this Contract in its sole discretion by issuing a notice to that effect to the other Party.
