Pollution Event definition

Pollution Event has the meaning set forth in Section 11(c).
Pollution Event means any occurrence as a result of which the Goods escaped onto or into land or water.
Pollution Event means any occurrence as a result of which the Marine Fuels escaped onto or into land or water.

More Definitions of Pollution Event

Pollution Event has the meaning set forth in Section 19(c).
Pollution Event means a discharge, or the threat of a discharge, of polluting goods into the sea; and
Pollution Event means with respect to the Liability Coverage within any Coverage Part, that event defined as aPollution Event in such Coverage Part.
Pollution Event means the actual, alleged, or threatened discharge, dispersal, release or escape of and/or any direction or formal request to test for, monitor, clean up or detoxify any contaminant, irritant or other substance including but not limited to oil, smoke, asbestos, fumes, nuclear or radioactive materials, chemicals and waste.
Pollution Event means the discharge, dispersal, release, or escape of any solid, liquid, gaseous or thermal irritant, contaminant or pollutant, including smoke, vapor, soot, fumes, acids, alkalis, toxic or hazardous substances, electromagnetic fields, chemicals, waste (including medical, infectious and pathological waste), and low level radioactive waste and materials, into or upon land, or any structure on land, the atmosphere, or any watercourse or body of water including groundwater in concentrations or at levels in excess of those naturally present in the environment. “Pollution event” includes:
Pollution Event means an unexpected or unintended instantaneous discharge, dispersal, release or escape of "pollutants" at or from a "work site" that is demonstrable as having commenced abruptly on a clearly identifiable specific time and date during the policy period. Solely with respect to this endorsement, "pollution event" shall be used in place of "occurrence". All interrelated, repeated, or continuous episodes of a discharge, release or escape of "pollutants" caused by any covered "pollution event" shall in its entirety be deemed to be a single "pollution event". All "bodily injury" and "property damage", resulting from a single "pollution event" shall be deemed to have occurred only at the commencement date of the relevant covered "pollution event".
Pollution Event means the presence of the MRSA virus or other facility-borne infectious virus, bacteria or disease that the "insured" is required to report to any "governmental authority". However, "pollution event" does not include any exposure to infected humans or animals, or contact with bodily fluids or materials of infected humans or animals.
