Pooled Account definition

Pooled Account means a pooled account to which Transaction settlement funds are credited.
Pooled Account means a bank account opened by a customer, for example a legal practitioner or notary, for holding their clients’ money. The clients’ money will be commingled, but clients will not be able directly to instruct the bank to carry out transactions.

  • Stripe will transfer settlement funds for Transactions, net of Fees, Disputes, Refunds, Reversals and other amounts owed to Stripe, from the applicable Pooled Account to the applicable User Bank Account within the time period stated in the Payout Schedule, unless a Payout Delay occurs and affects the transfer initiation, or Stripe exercises a right under this Agreement to withhold or delay the transfer.

  • You have no rights to any earnings generated by Safeguarded Funds and are not entitled to draw funds from any Pooled Account.


More Definitions of Pooled Account

Pooled Account means the account set up by the General Tribal Council or Oneida Business Committee, through resolution, for the purpose of managing undistributed funds pursuant to the Nation’s laws.
