Port Employee definition
Port Employee means a Port employee paid a salary by the Port, or a Port employee in a full year, full time position paid wages by the Port when working for the Port. A Port employee shall have authority to carry out acts contemplated by this ordinance, and for purposes of regulating activities on Port Property shall be a “person in charge” as defined in ORS 164.205(5).
Port Employee means and includes the (i) employees (including Daily Rated Workers) of Deendayal Port Authority and their dependents; (ii) Pensioners/Family Pensioners of DPA; and (iii) employees of Central Industrial Security Force posted at DPA and their dependents.
Port Employee means any Port employee.
Examples of Port Employee in a sentence
Should the grievance remain unresolved under 5.B.4, the employee and/or Union Representative may, within five (5) working days after receipt of the department head's response, submit the written grievance to the Port Employee Appeals Officer as designated by the Director of Human Resources.
Should the grievance remain unresolved under 5.B.4, the employee and/or Union Representative may, within ten (10) working days of the deadline for the department manager’s response, submit the written grievance to the Port Employee Appeals Officer designated by the Port’s Executive Director.
