Positions of responsibility definition

Positions of responsibility means Assistant to the Principal, Deputy Principal, Religious Education Co-ordinator, Subject Co-ordinator, Teacher Administrator, Year Co- ordinator, or other positions deemed by the employer to be equivalent and the following conditions apply for each Position of Responsibility:
Positions of responsibility means a member of the unit who acts in the capacity of a coordinator, consultant, or lead Teacher, who receives an allowance as identified in the collective agreement and all other positions outside of school based Teachers for which qualifications are required, excluding Principal and Vice-principal positions, and any new position established during the term of this agreement that have an allowance attached as part of the position.
