Post Construction Review definition

Post Construction Review has the meaning given to it in the Project Licence;
Post Construction Review or "PCR" has the meaning given to it in the Project Licence;
Post Construction Review means the review of the Licensed Business (as defined in the Project Licence) to be carried out in accordance with paragraph 2 (Timing of the Post Construction Review) of Appendix 2 (Non-Revenue Conditions) of the Project Licence;

Examples of Post Construction Review in a sentence

  • Before the first occupation of the building hereby permitted, a certified Post Construction Review (or other verification process agreed with the local planning authority) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, confirming that the agreed standards at (a) have been met.

  • The value of the Baseline Non-Controllable Operational Costs Allowance term (BNCOA) shall be determined by the Authority at the Post Construction Review and notified to the licensee in writing.

  • The development shall not be occupied until a Post Construction Review Report carried out by an independent assessor licensed by the Building Research Establishment and a Final Code Certificate has been submitted to the Local Planning Authority which demonstrates that the development has been constructed to meet a minimum standard of Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes or a “Very Good” or “Excellent” BREEAM rating.

  • A certificated BREEAM Post Construction Review, or other verification process agreed with the LPA, shall be provided, confirming that the agreed standards have been met, prior to phase 2 occupation of the development.

  • Prior to first occupation of the dwelling(s) a Post Construction Review certificate and summary score sheet under the Code for Sustainable Homes (or such equivalent standard that replaces this) must be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority to show that a Level 4 rating has been achieved.

  • Once a Sub-grantee or their designated service provider has completed their Post Construction Review, the job must be turned over to a qualified Quality Control Inspector (QCI) for a Quality Control Inspection.

  • Complete Post Construction Review including Form 285-2, if required by the Project Manager.

  • Shall be conducted after all work by the Sub-grantee is completed and their Post Construction Review has been completed.

  • Note: Weatherization crews and/or individuals that install weatherization measures (perform any ECM work) on a unit, shall not perform the Sub-grantee Post Construction Review of the unit.

  • The formula specified in paragraph 18 shall be reviewed by the Authority (following consultation with the Belgian National Regulatory Authority, the licensee and such persons as it considers desirable) at the Post Construction Review stage.

Related to Post Construction Review

  • Pre-Construction Phase Services means the participation, documentation and execution of Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase deliverables as required by this Agreement and further defined in Article 5.

  • Original construction ’ shall mean the first or initial construction

  • Erection, construction, remodeling, repairing means all types of work done on a particular building or work at the site thereof in the construction or development of the project, including without limitation, erecting, construction, remodeling, repairing, altering, painting, and decorating, the transporting of materials and supplies to or from the building or work done by the employees of the Contractor, Subcontractor, or Agent thereof, and the manufacturing or furnishing of

  • New construction means, for the purposes of determining insurance rates, structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the effective date of an initial FIRM or after December 31, 1974, whichever is later, and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures. For floodplain management purposes, "new construction" means structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by a community and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures.

  • Direct Construction Cost means the sum of the amounts that the Construction Manager actually and necessarily incurs for General Conditions Costs, Cost of the Work and Construction Manager’s Contingency during the Construction Phase as allowed by this Agreement. Direct Construction Cost does not include Pre-Construction Phase Fees or Construction Phase Fees.

  • Residential construction means construction on single-family or two-family dwellings occupied or used, or intended to be occupied or used, primarily for residential purposes, and includes real property pursuant to chapter 499B.

  • The constructional plant means all appliances, tools, plants or machinery or whatsoever nature required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of the works but does not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • Building construction means any physical activity on the site involved in the erection of a structure, cladding, external finish, formwork, fixture, fitting of service installation and the unloading of plant, machinery, materials or the like.

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Commencement of Construction means the commencement of construction of foundation components or elements (such as footings, rafts or piles) for the home.

  • Construction sign means a sign which identifies the architect, engineers, contractors and other individuals or firms involved with the construction of a building, or announces the character of the building or enterprise, which is erected during the building construction period.

  • Construction waste means solid waste which is produced or generated during construction, remodeling, or repair of pavements, houses, commercial buildings, and other structures. Construction wastes include, but are not limited to lumber, wire, sheetrock, broken brick, shingles, glass, pipes, concrete, paving materials, and metal and plastics if the metal or plastics are a part of the materials of construction or empty containers for such materials. Paints, coatings, solvents, asbestos, any liquid, compressed gases or semi-liquids and garbage are not construction wastes.

  • Construction and demolition debris means and includes:

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with⎯

  • Construction and demolition waste means the waste building materials, packaging, and rubble resulting from construction, remodeling, repair, and demolition operations on pavements, houses, commercial buildings and other structures.

  • Cost of Construction means the total cost to Owner of those portions of the entire Project designed or specified by the Design Professional. Cost of Construction does not include the Design Professional's compensation and expenses and Owner's expenses associated with the Project or the cost of other services to be provided by others to the Owner.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • City’s Project Manager means the City’s employee, or his/her delegate, who is authorized in writing to deal with the Consultant on behalf of the City in connection with the Services, or to make decisions in connection with this Agreement;

  • Completion of Construction means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that the work of building and erection of the Project is substantially complete.
