Potential candidate definition

Potential candidate means a natural person who satisfies statutory requirements for standing as a candidate, who has declared during the period from the beginning of a political campaign to the end of submission of application documents that he will stand as a candidate, and who has concluded an agreement with the political campaign treasurer and has been registered as an independent political campaign participant in accordance with the procedure laid down by the Central Electoral Commission.
