If a Commencement Date, Potential Exercise Date (Bermuda Option) or Expiration Date falls on the Relevant Date, such Commencement Date, Potential Exercise Date or Expiration Date should instead be the next following Scheduled Trading Day (which is expected to be September 23, 2022).
The Business Day or Potential Exercise Date, as the case may be, during the Exercise Period on which an Exercise Notice is delivered prior to 10.00 a.m. CET (or such other time as may be specified in the Final Terms) to Clearstream, Luxembourg or Euroclear or such other clearing system(s) as may be specified in the Final Terms, as the case may be, a copy of which is received by the Warrant Agent, is referred to herein as the “Actual Exercise Date”.

If the Warrants are specified in the relevant Final Terms as being Bermudan Style Warrants, then this Condition 3(c) is applicable and the Warrants are exercisable on each date as specified in the Final Terms (each a "Potential Exercise Date") and on the Expiry Date, or if each such date is not a Business Day, the next succeeding or preceding Business Day as specified in the relevant Final Terms, subject to Condition 3(h) and prior to termination of the Warrants as provided in Condition 9.
