Poverty Reduction Fund or “PRF” means the entity established and operating pursuant to the Recipient’s Decree of the Prime Minister on the Establishment of the Poverty Reduction Fund, No.73/PM, dated May 31, 2002, as amended by Decree 222/PM dated September 29, 2006, and provided with legal personality distinct from that of the Recipient and possessing administrative, managerial, technical and financial autonomy under the Recipient’s laws and regulations, for purposes of supporting small-scale village investment and services and strengthening local capacity for village development, and any successor thereto.
