Chelan, Grant and Xxxxxxx shall receive from Central the determination of the allocated integrated generation as provided above, and shall use such quantities in accounting for Project generation under the appropriate Power Sales Contracts for their Projects.

As to any particular Purchaser, the share (expressed as a percentage) set forth for such Purchaser in Appendix A attached hereto, as adjusted pursuant to Section 26, with respect to the costs associated with the Northern Transmission System that are to be allocated among the Purchasers with Points of Delivery on the Northern Transmission System, under the Renewal Power Sales Contracts.
IPA covenants for the benefit of Purchaser and each of the other Purchasers that during the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the day prior to the Transition Date, it will comply with the provisions of the Original Power Sales Contracts relating to the acquisition, construction, maintenance and operation of the Project, including without limitation, the provisions of Section 44 of the Original Power Sales Contracts.
TMPA shall cease production of power and energy effective September 1, 2018, unless (i) on or before September 30, 2016, all Participating Public Entities have elected to continue their Power Sales Contracts, or (ii) on or before September 1, 2018, an agreement is reached by which the Participating Public Entities that have elected to extend their Power Sales Contract, and/or any newly added Participating Public Entity, contract for one hundred percent (100%) of the output of the plant.
