Priest Rapids Project definition

Priest Rapids Project means the hydroelectric project on the Columbia River in the State of Washington designated by the Federal Power Commission as Project No. 2114. The Priest Rapids Project consists of the Priest Rapids Development and the Wanapum Development.
Priest Rapids Project. (PRP) means «Customer Name»’s share of the Priest Rapids and the Wanapum hydro resources. Both are Specified Resources listed in section 2 of «Customer Name»’s Exhibit A.
Priest Rapids Project means the Priest Rapids Development and the Wanapum Development, which were consolidated pursuant to Resolution No. 8475.

  • Purchaser’s schedule shall not be less than Purchaser’s PRPO Percentage of the minimum operating capability of the Priest Rapids Project, as determined by the District, nor shall it be greater than 97% of the Purchaser’s PRPO Percentage of the maximum operating capability of the Priest Rapids Project as determined by the District.

  • The Purchaser is purchasing output from or attributable to the Priest Rapids Project as available and scheduled by the Purchaser.

  • Only Priest Rapids Project Output delivered under this Agreement shall be transmitted on Priest Rapids Project transmission facilities to the Points of Delivery identified herein.

  • Except as otherwise provided in Exhibit B, Host BA Services Agreement and 20 (c), the Purchaser shall not be obligated to pay any other amounts charged to or payable by the District as a result of this Contract, including without limitation, any water fees, license fees, penalties, taxes, operating, administration, maintenance or capital costs, damages or any other costs whatsoever, relating to ownership or operation of the Priest Rapids Project.

  • In order for Purchaser to receive Purchaser’s PRPO at the Point of Delivery, transmission of the PRPO to the Point of Delivery is provided by the District over Priest Rapids Project facilities.

  • Purchaser’s daily and hourly schedules shall be based on Purchaser’s PRPO in accordance with the Priest Rapids Project operational parameters as established by the District from time to time.

  • The Purchaser may schedule more than its share of the Priest Rapids Project inflows determined in accordance with Section 7 if the Purchaser has sufficient amount of energy in its pond account.

  • It is recognized by the Parties that the District, in its operation of the Priest Rapids Project, must comply with the requirements of the Bond Resolution and with the FERC License together with amendments thereof from time to time made, and the District is hereby authorized to take such actions as the District determines are necessary and appropriate to comply with such Bond Resolutions and FERC License.

  • PIDs shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming business facility that will be among the most visited privately owned or operated tourism or recreation sites in the State, and which is located within the qualified incentive area and has been determined by the authority to be in an area appropriate for development and in need of economic development incentive assistance, including a non-gaming business within an established Tourism District with a significant impact on the economic viability of that District.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Tanning facility means any premises, building, or part of a building that contains one or more rooms or booths with any of the following:

  • Renewable energy facility means an electric generation unit or other facility or installation that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source.

  • Nursing facility means an institution as defined in Iowa Code chapter 135C. This definition does not include acute care settings.

  • Skilled Nursing Facility means an institution or part thereof that is licensed as a Skilled Nursing Facility by the State of Florida, and is accredited as a Skilled Nursing Facility by The Joint Commission or recognized as a Skilled Nursing Facility by the Secretary of Health and Human Services of the United States under Medicare.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • PID means photo ionization detector.

  • Pollution control facilities means water and air pollution control equipment and solid waste disposal facilities or any of them.

  • Renewable energy project means (A) a project

  • Transient guest means a natural person staying less than 30 consecutive days.

  • Dry cleaning facility means an establishment with one or more dry cleaning systems.

  • Electric bicycle means a “class 1 electric bicycle”, a “class 2 electric bicycle”, or a “class 3 electric bicycle” as defined in this section. (ORC 4511.01(RRR))

  • Office of the Interconnection Control Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by the Office of the Interconnection to coordinate and direct the operation of the PJM Region and to administer the PJM Interchange Energy Market, including facilities and equipment used to communicate and coordinate with the Market Participants in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region.   • Sludge dryer means any enclosed thermal treatment device that is used to dehydrate sludge and that has a maximum total thermal input, excluding the heating value of the sludge itself, of 2,500 Btu/lb of sludge treated on a wet-weight basis.
