Power Transfer Facilities definition

Power Transfer Facilities means collectively, the 66KV power transfer line, an Edison interconnect facility and other related wires, lines, cables and devices with associated poles, anchors, fixtures, conduits, service boxes and other appurtenances constructed and owned by Zond and shared, on a non-exclusive basis, by the Series A Partnership and the Series B Partnership in connection with the transmission and delivery of electric power for sale to Edison.
Power Transfer Facilities means the 66KV power transfer line and the equipment interconnecting such 66KV power transfer line to the power grid owned by SCE proximate to the Operating Site.

  • Such payment shall be made at the time of the execution of the related Turbine Completion Certificate and the Power Substation Completion Certificate by ZCC III and the Partnership and the Power Transfer Facilities Completion Certificate by Zond.

  • In addition, Zond shall certify that the Power Transfer Facilities are operational by executing and delivering to the Partnership a Power Transfer Facilities Completion Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit E hereto (the "Power Transfer Facilities Completion Certificate").

  • If the installation of the Power Transfer Facilities has not been completed as of the date of this Series B PTF Agreement, Zond, at its sole expense, agrees to complete installation as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Series B Partnership acknowledges and agrees that Zond owns the Power Transfer Facilities.

  • Series 85-B that the construction of the Power Transfer Facilities (as defined in the hereinafter defined Construction Agreement) was completed on , 1985 in accordance with Section 5.2 of that certain Construction Agreement dated as of September 9, 1985, between Zond and ZCC III ("Construction Agreement").

  • Series B Partnership at its sole expense shall comply with all laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations of all municipal, state and Federal authorities now in force or which may hereafter be in force pertaining to Series B Partnership's use of the Power Transfer Facilities and the exercise of its rights under this Series B PTF Agreement.

Related to Power Transfer Facilities

  • Transfer facility means any transportation related facility including loading docks, parking areas, storage areas and other similar areas where shipments of hazardous waste are held during the normal course of transportation.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Direct Assignment Facilities means facilities or portions of facilities that are constructed for the sole use/benefit of a particular Transmission Customer requesting service under the Tariff. Direct Assignment Facilities shall be specified in the Service Agreement that governs service to the Transmission Customer and shall be subject to Commission approval.

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.

  • Generation Interconnection Agreement means the large generator interconnection agreement to be entered into separately between Seller and Interconnection Provider concerning the Interconnection Facilities.

  • Cogeneration facility means a power plant in which the heat or steam is also used for industrial or commercial heating or cooling purposes and that meets Federal Energy Regulatory Commission standards for qualifying facilities under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (16

  • Interconnection Agreement means an agreement between Seller and the Interconnecting Utility and ISO-NE, as applicable, regarding the interconnection of the Facility to the Transmission System of the Interconnecting Utility, as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. An STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.
