Predevelopment Work definition

Predevelopment Work shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the forepart to Article IV of this Agreement.
Predevelopment Work means Predevelopment Work as defined in the Phase P3 Agreement.
Predevelopment Work means all the predevelopment work, services and approvals performed or obtained or required to be performed or obtained by or on behalf of Tenant during the Predevelopment Period in connection with the evaluation, planning and potential development of the Premises for the Entitled Uses, including the work, services and approvals performed or obtained or required to be performed or obtained by or on behalf of Tenant pursuant to ARTICLE 4 hereof.

  • As a part of the Predevelopment Work, the Developer agrees to provide the following services and to perform the following work set forth in this Article VI (“Determination Phase Work”).

  • Within 30 days of the Effective Date, the Phase Developer shall update the schedule for Phase South submitted with its Proposal and develop a schedule for Phase North to present a comprehensive schedule of the activities required to complete the Predevelopment Work (the "Predevelopment Work Schedule"), subject to MDOT review and acceptance.

  • The Phase Developer shall develop and implement a quality system that ensures such quality and compliance with the Agreement for all Predevelopment Work.

  • Allocations have been made to the Phase Developer where it is assumed that the relevant responsibilities, actions, and obligations will arise as part of the Predevelopment Work or as part of both the Predevelopment Work and Section Work.

Predevelopment Work. Any activities undertaken or services performed by or on behalf of NYMEX prior to the commencement of construction of the Project (including, without limitation, the Design and/or Consulting Services, the Owner's Representative Services, legal services and any soil tests, land surveys and land appraisals undertaken in connection with the Project Work).

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
