Premium Content definition

Premium Content means subscription- and fee-based Content that requires a username and password to access.
Premium Content means content that may incur a minimum guarantee, advance charge, marketing commitment, or other charge beyond the standard Company eStore Products as may be offered and updated from time to time by Company. Examples may be, but are not limited to, popular and premium movies, music, streaming content, best-selling books, software, or games.
Premium Content refers to the content available through the N21Mobile Apps. “N21 Mobile Apps” consists of applications, such as N21 Media. “Associate-Member” means a Registered User that does not have access to Premium Content. More Definitions of Premium Content

Premium Content means any text, software, script, graphic, picture, sound, music, video, audio-visual combination, interactive functionality and any other material and/or content licensed to MIP by third parties pursuant to the execution of specific agreements and available on the Platform for the User through Hyperlink or Widget and/or for Streaming or Download.
